Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains what information CarQuill USA collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who else can see it, and what you can do about it. It applies to every page on this domain.
The short version
- You do not need an account, and we do not ask you to register.
- We do not run lead forms and we do not pass your details to dealers.
- We do not sell personal information to anyone.
- Our web server keeps ordinary technical logs, and our advertising and analytics partners set cookies in your browser. Both are described below.
Information we collect directly
Browsing this site requires no personal information. There is no sign-up, no login, and no enquiry form that routes your details to a third party.
If you email us, for a correction, a question or an advertising enquiry, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it to reply and to fix the page you told us about. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our server records standard log data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This is used for security, to diagnose faults and to understand aggregate traffic. Logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies and advertising
CarQuill USA is funded by advertising. We work with Google, which uses cookies to serve advertising on this site.

We also store a small preference cookie that remembers which regional edition of the site you chose, India or United States, so you are not sent back to the wrong one on every visit. It contains no personal information.

Analytics
We use analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns, which pages are read, how visitors arrive, which devices they use. This is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

Children's privacy
This site is intended for a general adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
We link to manufacturer sites, dealer sites and other third parties, and we display third-party advertising. Once you follow a link away from this site, this policy no longer applies, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any other website.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or our advertising partners change. The version published here is the version in force, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
