About this site
CarQuill USA is an independent automotive research portal. We are not a dealer and we do not sell cars. We help buyers compare models on price, specifications, running costs and features, and we make our money from advertising rather than from passing your details to anyone. There is no login here and no enquiry form that routes to a dealership.
Reporting a correction
Corrections are the most useful mail we get. To help us act quickly, include the page address, the figure you believe is wrong, and, if you have it, the manufacturer source showing the correct value. We check the claim against the manufacturer's current published information and update the page. Where a correction changes the substance of a review or a recommendation, we note the change on the page rather than editing it quietly. Our editorial policy sets out the full process.
Advertising enquiries
Advertising on this site is sold through third-party networks and is always separated from editorial content. We do not sell reviews, ratings, placements in comparisons or inclusion in a buying guide, and we do not accept payment to remove criticism. If your enquiry is about sponsored content, note that anything we publish on that basis is labelled as sponsored on the page.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot arrange a test drive, a booking, a price quotation or a finance application. Those go to an authorised dealer.
- We cannot intervene in a dispute with a dealer or a manufacturer, or handle a warranty claim on your behalf.
- We cannot recommend a specific purchase for your circumstances by email , our guides and comparison tools are where that advice lives.
